I am a criminal defense lawyer licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1985, a former Book Review and Articles Editor for the American Journal of Criminal Law, and a former Tarrant County Assistant Criminal District Attorney. I have tried scores of jury trials, many of them as lead counsel, and have volunteered my services as a TCLEOSE instructor for the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office investigators, teaching them about Racial Sensitivity, Cultural Diversity, and Civil Rights.
